I presented recently at this event. Essentially an evening lecture with close to 100 executives in Telcordia, formerly part of Bell Labs. Most of the people there have strong technical background and the evening was intellectually stimulating. I was conveying to them the importance of simple technical solution and how these could make a huge impact in surprising context. Examples included the usage in Africa of advanced data management platform I was fortunate enough to develop in my firm ; usage of biodegradeble baloon in radiation therapy and simple robots-like devices in laparoscopic surgery is the link to the bio used in this lecture and the lecture itself could be downloaded here.
